So I’ve completed 4 paintings this weekend using the same colours. Maybe I should have painted all 4 on one day, who knows π€
Anyway here are the final 2 unframed and framed.
So all 4 now on the wall!
What a weekend! Maybe I will do 4 more next weekend π¬π₯΅π³π Thank you Raili, you always inspire and spiritually stretch me π
bootiful, love the colour scheme, patterns and everything π

I’ve been following this story with interest, Elaine. Nice to see that you’ve reached this part of the conclusion π
I love the colours and they all match the rug wonderfully. I can’t pick out a favourite as they are all different, and good, but the ‘Sunburst’ one is speaking to me a little louder.
Look forward to seeing your next four! πππ¨

I thought that too, I look at my older paintings and I see a journey. Iβm actually beginning to improve βΊοΈ

I’m not sure what you mean by improve …but I do know what it feels like to grow in confidence; that what ever I’m doing I can more it towards an more aesthetically pleasing result ….this growth is what I see as you risk, experiment and try new things… congratulations on new freedoms Rose. :uyh_;9j

I’ve just realized you are using the colors found in my new shower curtain……….and I am searching for art to place in there against my dove gray walls. So……………..i am thinking of either copying your “style” and attempting one of my own or waiting to see what you come up with next.

You are a beast with the painting, Elaine! The perseverance has certainly paid off – These are beautiful and so vibrant and uplifting, definitely a change from your previous and a lovely way to freshen up the room while complimenting the rug π

Iβve been thinking about your bedroom I wondered what colours it is. I hope itβs bright yellow because that would make it seem warmer β€οΈ

Aw yes, maybe I should paint it. Sadly it’s the same colour as when I moved in, off-white, as for some reason I never got around to painting it. I had yellow walls when I was a kid, I used to like those. Then I went for one wall dark purple, then black, as a contrast to the rest of the room as a feature wall. Not sure I’d be able to paint the walls here as it’s a smaller room and I’d never be able to move the furniture out the way (unless I paint around it, like the council paint yellow lines around parked cars!!) xx

LOL painting around it is not a good idea. Purple and black π€π¬ Off white is a cold colour Caz you need a colour that makes you feel warm or if thatβs too difficult you need a bright duvet cover and lovely posters or paintings. We never decorated our spare room here in the apartment but one wall is full of my paintings and family photographs and it instantly lifts the room and makes it feel good. πππ

I have warm, colourful duvet covers (quite a few duvet covers, I can’t help myself when I see a nice one on sale!) and a bit of art work. Could do with a little more art, will have to rectify that and give my room a little uplift for the spring! π
Could I ask where to find that ‘unlocking your creativity’ meditation? xx

My good friend Raili from Soul gifts posted it online. You can probably find her through my comments, she is lovely. Iβm the same I canβt resist nice duvet covers especially if they have lemon in them. Whatβs your favourite colours. Xx

Aah yes, I’ll go through her blog to find it, thank you π
Mmm favourite colours, I’m not sure, I like lots of colours if they’re mixed nicely. Reds, petrol blue/green, black. Not particularly pink unless it’s with black, that’s my yuck colour. What colour do you not like, is there one you particularly hate?x

Good question, Iβm not keen on black and white when put together.
